You have the right to cancel/return this order within 180 days from the date of the order (“Cancellation Period”) without giving any reason. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at your earliest convenience. Orders cancelled within the Cancellation Period will be subject to processing fees. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used to place the order. You shall bear all costs involved with the returning of the goods.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to returning your purchase. If you return an order without a RA Number, the product will be returned to you at your cost.

In order to receive a refund on an item:
- the item must be unopened, and in new and resalable condition;
- the item must have all original packaging, parts and accessories;
- if an item was in a plastic bag or shrink wrap when sent to you, in must be unopened and still in the plastic bag or shrink wrap;
- the item must not be a customized product.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages that occur in transit back to our processing center, so we strongly suggest you insure your package for the content value to reimburse you in the event the package is lost or damaged and we are unable to issue your refund or exchange. You are responsible for return postage costs, unless otherwise agreed with Customer Service.
