Together with her late husband, JR Ridinger, Loren founded Market America in 1992, introducing the UnFranchise^® Business System, which has helped thousands of entrepreneurs achieve financial freedom. Under her leadership, Market America has grown into a global enterprise spanning nine countries and includes the award-winning e-commerce platform SHOP.COM. Motives Cosmetics reflects Loren’s commitment to inclusivity, offering high-quality, versatile products designed to inspire confidence and enhance quality of life.

Beyond her professional achievements, Loren treasures her roles as the mother of Amber Ridinger McLaughlin and grandmother to Ayva, Ayden, and Aydrien.
